What better place to learn French than Paris, the capital of France? Studying here can ensure you learn more than French alone – the cultural history of this city is best experienced first-hand. There is the iconic Eiffel Tower, of course; but there is also the Louvre, which houses some of the finest examples of European art, the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Luxembourg Gardens, and the Arc De Triomphe.
The best part is that over 60 of these places can be accessed with the Paris Pass, which also ensures you of fast-tracked entry at these locations. You can also take a bus tour of Paris or cruise along the Seine to take in all that Paris has to offer – these are included with the Pass.
But it is not all fun and no learning. The program, offered by OISE, comes in three options – you could opt for a tutorial, where you will have access to a personal tutor; mini-group study (there will not be more than four students per group); or a combination of both. The result-oriented classes are taught by native speakers of French, and they simulate everyday situations in the classroom.
The tutorial costs €1,410; while €1,239 is charged for the group study session. The combination of the two will cost you €1,779. Each program lasts for a week, and bed-and-breakfast accommodation is included. For lunch, dinner, coffee or all-day dining, there are plenty of cafés (this is actually a French word) in Paris.
